JOIN US AS WE BEND, STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN
OUR BODIES WHILE LEARNING THE BASICS OF YOGA.
CLASSES WILL BE LED BY DR. AUTUMN FLETCHER, OF RIGHTEOUS WELLNESS PRT. INC, AND EMILY ALMAN, CERTIFIED KIDDING AROUND YOGA INSTRUCTOR.
CLASS WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY
9/9 11AM - 11:30AM followed by a trek on the trail
We will meet at JOHN HUNT PARK AND WILL FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOL.
